The short version
We collect almost nothing. If you fill in our contact form, we get what you typed and we use it to reply to you. We don't sell it, we don't advertise to you, and we don't track you around the internet.
1. What we collect
If you fill in our contact form, we get exactly what you type — usually your name, your email, your phone number if you include it, and your message. That's it.
Like every website, ours keeps basic technical records of visits so it stays secure and running properly. Nothing in those records identifies you personally to us, and we never look at them unless something breaks.
No tracking. We don't use advertising cookies. We don't have a Facebook pixel or a Google Ads tag. We don't follow you to other websites. If you leave, you're gone.
2. What we do with it
Contact form submissions are used for exactly one thing: replying to your enquiry and, if it goes somewhere, discussing a possible project.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
3. Who else touches it
We use a small number of standard services to host this website and deliver your message to our inbox. They only ever see what's needed to do that, and each is bound by its own privacy commitments.
4. How long we keep it
Contact form emails stay in our email account. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will, and we'll confirm when it's done. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention.
5. Your rights
Under California law you may ask us:
- What personal information we hold about you
- To delete it
- To correct it if it's wrong
Email dominic@delvodigital.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
We do not sell personal information, as “sell” is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
6. Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
7. Security
We use HTTPS across the site and rely on our providers' security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send anything sensitive — payment details, passwords, identification numbers — through the contact form.
